Mild to Wild Studio Plant Giveaway

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. SPONSOR: The Mild To Wild Studio Plant Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Mild To Wild Studio, LLC, located at 13960 Bethany Oaks Pointe, Alpharetta, GA 30004.

2. ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on September 20, 2025 at 9:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) and ends on September 21, 2025 at 4:00 PM EDT (the “Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period.

4. HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter: a) In-Person Entry: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the Mild To Wild Studio booth at the IAS Southeast Plant Show event located at the Miami-Dade County Fairgrounds. Complete the official digital entry form on the provided device, including your first name, email address, and phone number. b) Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without attending the event, hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number on a 3"x5" piece of paper and mail it in a handwritten, #10 envelope with proper postage to: "Mild To Wild Studio Plan Giveaway Sweepstakes Entry," c/o Mild To Wild Studio, LLC, 13960 Bethany Oaks Pointe, Alpharetta, GA 30004. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by September 21, 2025 and received by September 25, 2025.

Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry.

5. PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected. The Grand Prize consists of one (1) Aurea Portei. The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Grand Prize is $300. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash substitution is permitted, except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: A random drawing will be conducted on or about September 25, 2025] from all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry. The potential winner must respond to the notification within seventy-two (72) hours. Failure to respond within the specified time period may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. PUBLICITY RELEASE: Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent for the Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, voice, opinions, and biographical information for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

9. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or any prize won.

10. GOVERNING LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

12. WINNER'S LIST: For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: "Mild To Wild Studio Plant Giveaway Winner's List," c/o Mild To Wild Studio, LLC, 13960 Bethany Oaks Point, Alpharetta, GA 30004. Requests must be received within thirty (30) days of the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
